Limelight (AS22822) has upgraded to 80 GE. 

Limelight is a content provider. Limelight operates one of the world's largest networks with the capacity and reach to support the largest global events. The CDN’s global customers include the BBC, Marvel, Napster, Nintendo and NTT DOCOMO. Limlight and has selective peering policy.
